About the Program
Boyz II Men Mentorship Program is a 3 month program that focuses on matching young boys with mentors to assist in developing appropriate life skills, building healthy relationships and grow into men who contribute to society in a healthy way.

What are the benefits of mentorship?
Mentorship provides mentors and mentees with the opportunity to share talents, skills, experiences and expertise. The relationship is focused on growth and development objectives of the mentee. Our program will supplement mentorship with a comprehensive approach to personal and professional growth for the mentee.
Mentors
We are looking for mentors that meet the following requirements:
Must be 21 y/o and older to be a mentor
Devoted to the time commitment of the program
Leadership skills
Empathetic and interpersonal
Patient
Eagerness to invest in others
Growth-focused and Goal-oriented
